Can I see it before I buy?
We handcraft your art directly from your photo, which means we can't show you the design before you place an order. However, we offer unlimited revisions to guarantee your happiness. We're committed to perfection and making sure you're overjoyed with your custom item!
How long does it take?
We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible. After submitting your order, you'll receive an email showcasing your design within 2-4 days. We're dedicated to your satisfaction, so you'll have the opportunity for unlimited revisions to ensure your item meets your expectations. Once your design is approved, we start production, which takes between 2-4 days. After your item is crafted with care, we securely ship it and provide you with a tracking number via email. Most items are delivered within 6 to 8 days, ensuring your custom creation reaches you promptly.
Can I have more than one pet face on my item?
Absolutely! We're all about celebrating every furry friend in your life. Check out our Hoodie Featuring Two Pet Faces! If you're looking to add extra dogs to any other items, there is an additional fee of $15 per additional face. This fee helps us cover the cost of creating the extra artwork required to make your order perfect!Simply upload your pets' photos during the checkout process, and we'll send you an invoice via email for the additional art. Feel free to send us multiple photos of each individual pet or a group shot featuring all your pets together.
Can I request additional customization for my item?
Absolutely! We understand that you might have specific preferences for your custom item. If you have special requests like changing the placement or size of the image, feel free to include these details in the order notes during checkout.
