Shipping Policy - Custom Orders

Nothing is printed or produced until you approve the final artist proof. Custom orders move through artwork review, proof approval, production, and shipping. Watch the email used at checkout so your approval does not delay the order.

1. After checkout, our team reviews the submitted photo and order details.
2. A human artist prepares or refines the custom portrait. We aim to contact you with the proof within 48 hours.
3. Review the proof and request any needed portrait revisions. Unlimited portrait revisions are available before production.
4. Your approval is required before production. If we do not hear back, the order remains paused while our team follows up. We never auto-approve a proof or print without your approval.
5. After production, tracking is sent to the email address on the order.

Production and carrier transit time vary by product and destination. If you are ordering for a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can help set a realistic expectation.

Holiday orders

Allow about 2-3 weeks from ordering to delivery, with a clear photo and prompt proof approval. For a date-sensitive gift, aim to order at least three weeks ahead. Revisions, late approval, or carrier delays can add time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Nothing is printed until you approve the artist's final proof. Ask us about your gift date before ordering if timing is tight. A digital gift card does not require physical shipping; the custom product purchased with it has its own approval and delivery timeline.
