On eligible products, yes. Use the free preview on the product page before checkout. After you order, a human artist refines the artwork and sends the final proof for your approval before production. Products without the instant preview still include an artist proof after ordering.

Allow about 2-3 weeks from ordering to delivery, with a clear photo and prompt proof approval. For a date-sensitive gift, aim to order at least three weeks ahead.

Revisions, late approval, or carrier delays can add time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Nothing is printed until you approve the artist's final proof. Ask us about your gift date before ordering if timing is tight.

For two pets together, choose our dedicated two-pet hoodie. Follow the photo-upload instructions on the product page before adding it to your cart. For extra pets on another product, contact us before ordering to confirm the design, price and upload instructions. You will approve the final portrait before production.
