We are committed to your satisfaction and offer unlimited portrait revisions before production so you can review the custom artwork for your Dilly Dally Dog order.

Custom-made products are created for one customer from their submitted photo, size, color, and placement choices. Because of that personalization, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom items.

Production begins only after you approve the artist-refined proof. Please review the portrait details, product, color, size, placement, names, and number of pets before approving.
