Can every gift feature a different pet?

Yes. Personalize each item with the photo intended for that gift and add it separately. Before checkout, check each item’s photo and selected options. For a larger group, contact us first so we can help you plan the order.

Is that the same as putting two pets on one item?

Allow about 2-3 weeks from ordering to delivery, with a clear photo and prompt proof approval. For a date-sensitive gift, aim to order at least three weeks ahead.

Revisions, late approval, or carrier delays can add time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Nothing is printed until you approve the final artwork proof. Ask us about your gift date before ordering if timing is tight.

A few things before you choose

Can I keep the gift a surprise?

Yes. Use a clear pet photo you already have permission to use, and use your own email at checkout to receive the artwork proof. If you don't have a suitable photo, a digital gift card lets the recipient choose later.

What if I don't know their clothing size?

Compare a garment they already own with the product’s size chart. A tote, framed dog portrait or gift card avoids the clothing-size guesswork. Check the custom-item return policy before choosing a size.

Are these gifts for cat people too?

The apparel and tote can be made from dog or cat photos. The framed watercolor portrait is currently for one dog. For two pets, the two-pet hoodie can include two dogs, two cats, or one of each.

Will I see the artwork before it is made?
