Shipping policy
We at Dilly Dally Dog Co. strive to ensure the highest quality for your custom order. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If the submitted photo(s) do not meet our quality standards, we will promptly inform you and work together to find the perfect photo(s) for your order. Please note that if we do not receive a response regarding quality concerns, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, as we are unable to provide refunds once the custom art has been created. Once your custom artwork is complete, we will send you preview(s) via email. Your approval of the preview(s) is necessary before we proceed with printing. If we do not receive your approval within 2 days, we will proceed with sending your items without your final approval. If you do not provide an email address with your order, we will proceed with sending your items without your final approval. In cases where multiple proofs have been sent, or a response is delayed, we reserve the right to expedite the shipping process to ensure that you receive your item in a timely manner. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
It's important to note that many of our items are custom-made, and will require additional work prior to shipping. The entire process can take up to 2 weeks.
How do I check the status of my delivery?
Throughout the art creation process, you will be kept in the loop when your custom preview proof is ready for your review. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stephanie@dillydallydog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I cancel my order if it won't arrive on time?
We value your satisfaction at Dilly Dally Dog Co., and we understand if our normal or rush turnaround times don't meet your specific requirements. If you realize that the estimated turnaround time won't be suitable for your needs, we offer a 24-hour window from the time we provide you with the confirmation of your order, during which you can cancel your order. Please note that custom artwork requires a considerable amount of time and effort, which is why we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or cancellations outside of this 24-hour window. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At times we will offer free shipping on select items.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dilly Dally Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
